Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of product.

However, please contact us to discuss concerns, errors or questions regarding your order within 4 days of receipt. Failure to contact us within the required timeframe may result in limitation or elimination of our responsibilities. Please note we will require photos of any quality assurance issues. Please retain all items in question for further review. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Order Modification

We can adjust orders within 24 hours of submission. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting. Cancellation of orders after submission will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Low Stock or Back Orders

We strive to ensure our inventory is accurate at all times, however, real-time / in person sales / events may cause our in stock items to diminish at any time. We will contact you and advise if an item is out of stock, and offer you suitable replacement. Should it be back ordered, we will give you the option to either cancel the item (with no restocking fee), wait for your entire order to ship once the item is in stock again, or ship the back ordered item separately.

Shipping & Handling Information

We ship 2-3 times a week depending upon order load. Typically, we request 3 days to put together your order, however, can usually accommodate rush orders.

Please note - we are not responsible for shipments lost in transit due to improperly submitted shipping information.

Why is my Soap Getting Mucky?

Handcraft soap is high in natural glycerine, which is highly susceptible to disintegrating in water. We encourage you to keep your soap in a soap dish, with a centre that will keep it out of water.

My Soap Looks Slightly Different Since I Last Ordered!

The beauty of handcrafted products - especially soap - is that no two bars will be alike. Slightly different swirl, pattern, etc. will occur every time.

Do You Offer Custom Orders, or Orders for Events Such as Weddings and Shower Favours?

Yes, of course! Half the fun of the creative side of this business is being able to work outside of our usual zone! Please drop us a line and let's chat.

Do You Offer Free Shipping? Free Delivery?

Oh, keep an eye out - every now and then we'll offer a free delivery or shipping promotion!

However, we always offer free delivery within the Burlington area on orders over $30.00. Our 'thank you' for choosing us and shopping local! Other areas, please note we do offer free delivery over other minimum spend amounts.

How Do You Choose the Ingredients You Use?

We thoroughly research each and every ingredient for its desired purposes in our formulas. We use only the best, safest and most effective ingredients in our products. For the most part, our ingredients are listed as a 2 and under in accordance with the EWG Skin Deep database.

Allergies, Sensitivities and Other Warnings

Even if our labels do not include nut information on the ingredients label, please note that as we use nut products onsite, we cannot guarantee any product to be nut-free. The chance of cross-contamination exists, even with the best of intentions. Please check ingredients carefully, as a variety of oils are used that may cause sensitivities in individuals with allergies, even with natural products. We encourage you to perform a patch test on a small area of skin first. If any irritation or redness occurs, please discontinue use. 

Kindly note our products are for external use only, and should not be used on any mucous membrane.
